My name is Marta, and as a psychologist and coach, I'm here to help you rediscover meaning and excitement in both your personal and professional life by incorporating tools from mindfulness and yoga that will allow you to live more consciously.

My first steps

At the beginning of my career, despite my passion for psychology and coaching, I found myself feeling increasingly disconnected from who I really was. As I moved from city to city, I looked forward to vacations, longed for weekends, and felt unfulfilled by professional achievements that didn’t meet my true needs. I craved the balance and well-being that I only found during my travels, when I could connect with nature and experience adventure.

My Spiritual Awakening: A turning point

In 2013, after a series of personal crises, I experienced a spiritual awakening that changed me profoundly. It was a defining moment in which I remembered who I really was and it prompted me to make a radical change in my life. I decided to merge my professional career, my vocation and my love for nature, and I embarked on a new stage as a digital nomad. While working, I had the opportunity to live and explore places such as Reunion Island, Indonesia, Australia and Tanzania.

Even though I was living what many would consider “the dream,” I still felt a sense of disconnection within. This experience led me to delve deeper within myself. During this journey, I trained as a yoga and mindfulness teacher and discovered something fundamental: true wellbeing doesn't come solely from external sources; it comes from integrating and balancing all dimensions of the self. We are a soul residing in a body, a mind that needs nourishment and guidance. And I realized that our life’s purpose, the environment we live in, and the people with whom we share our energy are crucial for living fully.

Integrative Approach:

This discovery transformed my perspective on wellbeing. I learned that balance is achieved when we live in the present, connected to our purpose, and fully enjoying the here and now. It was at this moment that my approach to work transformed as well, leading me to develop a more holistic and aligned methodology based on everything I had learned.

It was at this point that my way of working was also transformed and a new approach emerged that was more holisticand aligned with all that I had learned.

Through individual sessions, workshops, and retreats,and using tools from psychology, wellness coaching, yoga, and mindfulness, I will help you unlock fears and release limiting beliefs, connect with yourself and your purpose, and foster an inspiring environment and meaningful relationships. 

Together, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of all areas of your life and create a personalized plan that balances the body, mind, and emotions, helping you connect with the essence of life. 

With yoga movement techniques and breathing exercises, we will elevate your energy levels, allowing you to focus on your life’s projects, encompassing both your professional aspirations and your personal relationships, environment, enjoyment, and growth. By the end of this process, you will feel that your well-being has improved, you’ll be more revitalized and motivated, and you will find renewed enthusiasm for your life’s purpose.
